Hamed earned his bachelor degree in electrical engineering in 2014. He joined LSU as a doctoral student in the department of electrical and computer engineering since 2015. He is working on his dissertation projects ‘ printed electrochemical sensors ’ to develop sensors and instrumentation for detecting various target analyte or monitor the physical status of the materials. Cryopreservation condition plays a key role in the efficiency of this process, and Hamed tries to design and fabricate sensors with printing methods such as inkjet printing, 3-D printing, or printed circuit board technology to monitor this process for quality control purposes. Also, He develops embedded systems with wireless capabilities to collect the data from the sensor and send it to a database over the internet for further processing.
