Amy is our website and database coordinator and a research associate. Her duties include, design and implementation of germplasm database, website, and cellphone applications, maintenance of sample database and quality control data associated with samples, management of a commercial-scale germplasm laboratory, high-throughput processing of sperm samples for cryopreservation and genetic resources banking in aquatic species, supervision of undergraduate student workers assisting with sample preparation and processing, and coordination with collaborators for shipping and storage of samples.
